In partnership with your coach and the energetic presence of the horse, you will have opportunities to observe, feel, and engage with what is truly going on for you. This present-moment experience will give you the opportunity to gain insights that lead to the shifts you’re seeking and the direction you want to be heading in.
The Approach
This work is rooted in partnership between you, me, and the horse.
Horses have an extraordinary ability to sense what’s happening within us — the emotions beneath our words, the tension we carry, the energy we bring into each moment. Their presence offers immediate, nonjudgmental feedback that invites us to pause, notice, and reconnect.
In their company, we begin to see ourselves more clearly — how we communicate, where we hold back, and what we’re ready to let go of. The horses mirror our inner world through subtle gestures and movement, helping us tune in to the parts of ourselves that are asking for attention.
This is a space for curiosity, compassion, and authenticity. There’s no “right” way to be here — only the opportunity to show up as you are, to listen deeply, and to allow what’s ready to shift to unfold naturally.
Each session is unique, guided by your intentions and what emerges in the moment. Everything happens at your own pace and from the ground — no prior horse experience needed. Together, we’ll explore what’s ready to come forward and create space for new awareness, balance, and possibility.

Simply and powerfully, Equus Coaching is transformative in large and small ways…and everything in between. I found my way to this work through my own journey and I look forward to helping you in yours.
My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where my clients can explore into the areas where they want to experience change. My role, together with the horses we partner with, is to facilitate the opportunities for my clients to find the answers that live within them as they connect to truths that reveal themselves in our work together.
I’m proud to be a certified Equus Coach through The Center for Equus Coaching and I’m continually grateful and humbled by the opportunities I have to witness the insights and transformations that happen for my clients.
